Throughout my life I’ve felt counted out and like I wasn’t good enough. I discovered weightlifting and found something that was within my control. The work I put in determined the results I got. The bar was a mirror that allowed me to express myself and show what was within me. That was beautiful to me.
I felt like I had greatness within me. And that we all do. It is up to us to work hard, do what we love.. And with enough consistency, grit, passion.. greatness flows naturally.
I realized that I could do anything and be anything I wanted in this life.

Why not me?

And my mission became to help others realize that greatness within themselves.

Why not you?

This gym embodies that. This is a place where everyone can be great and be a part of our family. We support each other. We are there for each other. We lift each other up.

So much went into building this dream.
We wouldn’t have gotten here, to Strength Works 3.0, if it wasn’t for all of the wonderful people that are a part of our community. We are here because of you all.
The gratitude and thankfulness I feel is hard to explain. Seeing everyone come together to celebrate the moment together, long time friends reunited, new friends, with cheers, hugs, PR’s, is unmatched.
The bar brought us together in this life.
And now we’re family.
