St. Louis Redbirds Baseball The St. Louis Redbirds are a youth/high school baseball and softball organization based in metro St Louis, MO with multiple teams from ages 7u to 18u.

Louis Redbirds baseball organization is a select baseball program committed to teaching the proper fundamentals, while getting the most out of all players abilities. We are in our 34th season of youth/high school baseball in the STL Metro area and the goal of our organization is to get our youth players ready to compete at the High School level and our High School players the opportunity to play a

t the college level and beyond. We offers teams and training to players from 7 to 18 years old. The Redbirds are a year round program offering a full summer schedule in the St. Louis metro area and popular destinations throughout the Midwest. Teams and players also participate in a 4 month winter training program and optional fall ball for most age groups.

Congratulations to 9u White on finishing runner-up in their first kid-pitch tournament!

Coach Gavin has been working hard with the boys and the hard work paid off this weekend with a 2-2 finish and a tough loss in the championship game. Along with two dominant league wins, the team sits at 4-2 entering the holiday weekend. They have been consistently locked in, supporting each other, and ready to compete so far this fall.

It was 15u Red who came out on top, bouncing back from a disappointing game 2 in pool play to grab the title. Both teams start the fall season 3-1.

14u Red posts a 4-1 opening weekend!

With an overall record of 6-1, Coach Austin’s Birds have gotten off to a roaring start this fall. They even had enough juice left after a hard fought Sunday championship loss to win their Monday league game against a solid Shamrocks squad. That’s a seriously impressive run of 7 games in 5 days, especially for a team with lots of familiar faces but a new mix of players.

It was a weekend of domination for 14u Prime (Red) at Perfect Game’s Fall Kickoff in the 14u Open division, where the Birds outscored their competition 48 to 2 over 4 games. There were an incredible 7 Redbirds hitters in the Top 10 performers of the event and 4 of the top 5 pitchers were Redbirds as well.

13u Prime returned to their roots this weekend!

Since Perfect Game’s Open division fell apart at the last minute, the Redbirds opened the fall on their regular practice field in Gametime’s Fall Grand Slam. It was another Birds vs Birds championship as 13u Red ran the table to the final game as well. But it was the Prime team that took home the title. Great job adjusting to the new field size, Redbirds.

12u Prime and 12u Red also slugged it out for the title!

It was a collision course for the Birds this weekend, as they grabbed the top two seeds before handling business in the semis to set up a showdown in the championship. In the title game, 12u Prime’s offense was not to be stopped as they laced 13 hits including a home run from Hunter Johnson among 4 extra-base hits. 12u Red hit the ball hard consistently and kept it close for awhile but some great plays on defense by Prime made the difference.

Many of these players have gotten to know each other over the years so it was fun to see them compete against each other. We are proud of both teams and look forward to seeing them develop over the rest of the fall season!

11u Prime and 11u Red squared off this weekend!

Both teams played great ball all weekend to earn a spot in the gold bracket championship at Gametime’s Fall Grand Slam. And it was a 4 to 4 game entering the 4th inning before 11u Prime pulled away. Congratulations to both teams, the coaches, and their families!

14u White walks off the title game!

After 3 complete team wins to start the weekend, it was a sloppy championship especially on defense and things were looking bleak. But the Redbirds found a way to win, coming back from down 6 runs to go 4-0. Eamon Fridley knocked the walkoff single and led the team on the weekend with 8 hits.
