When did natural food become considered “health food”?
Oh wait, I know!
When convenience foods became the norm!
When fast food wasn’t a treat anymore.
When sugar wasn’t added to 90% of the foods we eat.
Your body was made for natural food. And if it doesn’t get it, it gets confused.
What happens to a confused body?
- weight gain
- poor sleep
- lethargic
- illness/disease
Start eating what we were intended to eat.
It doesn’t taste good? That means that you are probably addicted to sugar. 😬😩😳
