I say it often - im just shooting for average when it comes to health, wellness and most things in life.
• when it comes to food don’t restrict but don’t eat 💩(all the time). I struggle with fueling my body with enough, and I think I’m not alone in this.
• I’m not getting paid to workout but I’ll pay for a good workout. (so don’t try stupid 💩 your body isn’t prepped for)
• less is sometimes more when it comes to exercise. Who has time to spend 1+ hours in the gym? Unless you’re getting paid to. Find a workout that’s efficient and time effective.
Stop di**le daddling- get in, get going and get out. Or in the words of my wise mother - “💩 or get off the pot.”
