The bubble is almost complete! šŸ«§

As yā€™all know, one of our main projects of this off-season so far has been the install of our 400ft covered surface lift, The Cloudbelt. This has been in the works since last year and weā€™re finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel (literally).

Weā€™re all so excited to see the impact itā€™ll have on your experience this winter and for years to come. šŸ«¶šŸ¼

Meet our Snowcatsā€™ new home. šŸ 

Our brand new Mountain Ops campus is well underway and letā€™s just sayā€¦ itā€™s even bigger than we expected. This space will give our Mountain Ops team the room they deserve to properly store equipment, service machinery, house our groomers, and keep the mountain running at the level we know it can.

While it may not be as shiny as a new lift, this is one of the most important investments weā€™ve made yet, and itā€™s a huge step forward for the future of Hatley Pointe.

They say you canā€™t do everything at once... but weā€™ve never been very good at sitting still.

A brand new 400 ft tunnel surface lift nearly complete, demo of our maintenance building to make way for our much needed Mtn. Ops. Campus, replacing and adding lighting along the slopes, and the start of a huge infrastructure overhaul on our most coveted slopes; Southern Express and Flame Out ā„ļø

We have plenty more in the works this summer. Stay tuned for whatā€™s next.

WNCā€™s newest mountain bike park finally makes its debut. We partnered with the incredible local team at to bring this vision to life, and theyā€™ve poured passion, creativity, and serious craftsmanship into every stage of the build.

From flowy beginner laps to technical lines built to challenge experienced riders, this park was designed to give everyone a reason to come back for another run. Itā€™s fast, fun, and built to keep progressing with every lap.

We cannot wait for you all to experience this mountain in a whole new way. šŸ«¶šŸ¼

Lots to do, like opening our new mountain bike park in August (no big deal šŸšµ), and then thereā€™ll be powder covering the slopes before we know it.

Our new 400 ft enclosed surface lift designed for progression. A smoother, more comfortable way to build confidence before stepping onto the aerial lift.

This coming ski season is definitely going to be the best one yet and this is only the start of our summer projects!

A little rain in the forecast for tomorrow but a beautiful weekend ahead full of sunshine and great coverage on the slopes. Capacity is almost full for Saturday, secure your spot for mountain time and great festivities per usual. šŸ«°šŸ»

Full slopes, full lodge, and moments we wonā€™t forget. Thank you to everyone who spent the long weekend with usā€”we loved having you here. While a little warmer weather is rolling through, weā€™re far from finished. Snowmaking temps return this weekend, and weā€™ll be taking full advantage. Weā€™re not ready for this season to end, and hope you arenā€™t either.
