Both boats absolutely crushed it today 🔥🎣

The drag was screaming all morning, lots of big steelhead, big kings, cohos and a pile of lakers. Biggest steelie was 8 lbs, biggest King was 10. Phenomenal day on the water, big fish and big smiles all around!!

Lea Dz got the big fish of the day! A 10lb king fit for a queen 👑!

Captain Aidan Andrews has been out-fishing everyone on the water, super happy to have him on board with Hooked Up Charters!

Aidan Andrews and I got the MAGS Custom Rods crew out to the rock today on both of the boats! Mags is the best in the biz and I am proud to have two boats fully decked out in custom Mags rods!

If you're looking to spend a full day in the most epic fishing location in the Great Lakes chasing absolute giants in the best lake trout fishery on earth, the Stannard Rock trip is for you. If you are looking for fill your freezer, you probably want an in-shore trolling trip where the limit is 5 fish per angler.

Per the new regulations as of November 2026, each angler can only keep 1 fish out at Stannard Rock. This is a trophy fishery and conservation of that resource is a priority. Near shore trips are where you can stock up on high quality meat, Stannard Rock is where you have the chance of catching 50+lb fish, state record is 62 pounds, caught at Stannard Rock!
