🥋 Why did the Emery family choose Saiyan Jiu Jitsu?

Brandon and Amanda Emery have been part of our Saiyan Jiu Jitsu family for almost two years. Their children Amiyah, Silas, and Ezra currently train with us—and Janoah plans to join them as soon as she is old enough!

Their children have competed multiple times and won nearly every match, but their journey is about so much more than medals. It’s about building confidence, discipline, resilience, and memories together as a family.

Five years ago, Saiyan Jiu Jitsu started as a dream. Today, it is a family built through hard rounds, first classes, tournament days, wins, losses, laughter, and countless hours on the mats.

Unfortunately, I lost a lot of photos from over the years, so I had to create this video using the memories and photos that were sent to me. If you don’t see yourself or a special moment, please know that you are still an important part of our story.

To every student, parent, coach, teammate, friend, and supporter who has been part of this journey: thank you. You made these last five years unforgettable, and you helped me keep chasing this dream.

Here’s to everything we’ve built—and everything still ahead.

Five years strong. This is only the beginning. 🥋🔥

There will be no regular classes on the 4th of July.

Instead, we’ll be having an Open Mat at 12:00 PM for both adults and kids.

Come in, get some rounds, drill, move around, and hang out before the holiday kicks off. All levels are welcome, and kids are welcome to jump in too.

Enjoy the holiday, be safe, and we’ll see everyone on the mats at noon.
