We still have spots left in our Stretch and Tone class starting August 11th (Tues/Thurs) at 10:00am.

This group fitness class is designed for adults who are looking for a low impact whole-body workout, while using a small exercise ball, a resistance band, light hand weights and your own body weight. The combination of strength training, flexibility, and core work will help to increase joint mobility while building muscular strength and stability. Also, specific exercises will be incorporated to help strengthen and target the pelvic floor muscles.

Sign up now! Beginners are welcomed and encouraged! All you need is a yoga mat!

We’re Hiring a Group Fitness Instructor! 💙💪

Lake of Egypt Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable Group Fitness Instructor to lead our 6 Week Challenge classes!

Class Schedule:
📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays
🕠 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, enjoys motivating others, and can create a fun, positive, and encouraging class environment. Previous group fitness instruction experience is preferred.
