Update to our post from earlier. With the large patch of rain that’s moved in we’ll be closing for the rest of today to let the course dry out. We’ll be back at it tomorrow. See you on the course!

Good morning golfers. With the rain last night and what we just received, we’ll be closing the course down til 2PM to drain better. We’ll reopen cart path only and are asking to be careful on the greens as they’re very wet. Have a great day!

WE ARE HIRING!

As we enter the latter part of the season some of our staff are returning to college and others back to their teaching positions, so that creates some openings to finish out the year.

We are looking for 2-3 workers for the clubhouse.

Must be 18+ and have fairly open availability for opening or closing shifts on weekdays and weekends. Previous work at a golf course not mandatory but a plus. Solid customer service skills also a plus.

The job itself isn’t strenuous or stressful and it comes with the perk of free golf!

If interested stop by the clubhouse and fill out an application. Or if you know someone that might be interested share this with them and send them our way!

HOLE IN ONE ALERT!!!

13 year old Amara Brown aced hole #13 yesterday during our Kids’ 2 Person Scramble. The cheering and excitement could be heard across the golf course and it was awesome! Great job Amara! Way to show everyone how it’s done!!

Here she is with the ball used and signing the Hole In One list we keep in the clubhouse. Again, huge congrats!! It really made our day.

We had a great turnout yesterday for our first Kids’ 2 Person Scramble! General consensus was, it was a blast! We are going to make this a yearly tradition, possibly a twice a year tradition. The young ladies who came out had a great showing as well. With only one group of ladies per bracket, both groups of girls finished in the top three! And to be highlighted in the next post, Amara Brown had a hole in one on 13!!

Great job to all and a big thanks to all that attended.

(The older groups decided to head out early so we weren’t able to get a pic of their winning groups.)
