Maple Grove Parks and Recreation Maple Grove Parks and Recreation offers a wide range of programs and interests for all ages! We also have activities to meet the interests for all ages.

Maple Grove's acres of park lands include playgrounds, ball fields, basketball, volleyball, tennis and pickleball courts, football and soccer fields, skating rinks, picnic pavilions, fishing piers, trails and natural areas. Parks range in size from less than an acre to more than 100 acres and are located throughout the City. Programs such as swimming, karate, skating, dance, exercise, sewing, painting, scrapbooking, team sports and so many more.

September is here, which means we are gearing up for Maple Grove's Oktoberfest!

Join us and OMNI Brewery & Taproom - Maple Grove, MN on Saturday, September 26 from noon to 5 p.m. at Central Park (12000 Central Park Way, Maple Grove MN 55369).

This free, family friendly fall festival features live music, food, drinks, and activities for all ages, including:

A product may say “ages 8+,” “kids electric bike,” “electric dirt bike,” ” or e-scooter, but that does not mean an 8-year-old can legally ride it in public.

In Minnesota:
🛴 E-scooter: 12+
🚲 E-bike: 15+
🏍️ E-moto/electric motorcycle: 16+ and a driver’s license

Before you buy, check the device type, throttle, pedals, top speed, and legal riding age. Marketed for kids does not mean street legal for kids.

Attention all swimmers! 🏊

The Maple Grove Community Center pool will be temporarily closed beginning in September 2026 as part of the exciting Community Center expansion project.

Swim lessons will continue at partner facilities for the duration of the construction period. Swim lessons will be offered at the Holiday Inn Venician and Osseo Middle School. The same trusted Maple Grove Parks and Recreation aquatics staff will oversee programming.
