Improving my body composition was ALWAYS the goal. I’m not ever going to pretend it wasn’t
What made my journey so successful was I followed the plan despite how I was feeling in the moment. Those first few months were NOT focused on fat loss (again, even though that was my #1 goal).
As a new mom, I had to learn what consistency looked like with supporting habits and behaviors before I even considered dieting.
I put 100% trust in my plan knowing that if I was patient and didn’t make irrational decisions, it would all pay off
And it sure has 💅
