What an incredible night celebrating an incredible season. Thank you to everyone who came out to the banquet — athletes, parents, coaches, volunteers, and supporters. Your energy, commitment, and love for this program are what make Maple Grove Wrestling so special.

We’re proud of every athlete’s growth this year, on and off the mat. The support from our families and community means everything, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

🤼‍♂️ Spring Wrestling Clinic – MGWC 🤼‍♀️

Looking for a great way to keep your kids active this spring? Join the Maple Grove Wrestling Club Spring Clinic!

This clinic is open to boys and girls in grades Pre-K through 8th grade and is perfect for beginner to intermediate wrestlers (0–3 years of experience). We’ll focus on building and refining fundamental skills in a fun, relaxed, and competitive environment.

📍 Where: Maple Grove Senior High Wrestling Room
📅 Dates: March 31, April 2, 6, 9, 13 & 15
⏰ Time: 6:00–6:50 PM
💲 Cost: $30
🏆 End-of-season tournament with trophies for all participants!

Wrestling is a great way to build self-discipline, courage, and respect — plus it’s awesome cross-training for multi-sport athletes.

❤️ Wrestling Family Support ❤️

We want to take a moment to share an update and ask for support for one of our wrestling family members.

Allen Rausch, the father of Damonte Rausch, recently experienced a stroke. We’re grateful to share that the clot was successfully removed, and Allen is now home recovering. While this is encouraging news, the road to recovery will take time, care, and community support.

Whether you know the Rausch family personally or simply believe in showing up for one another as a wrestling family, this is an opportunity to rally around them. One way to help is through meals, which can ease the day‑to‑day burden as Allen focuses on healing.

Congratulations to our Dual Team who competed tough at the Brawl yesterday—the biggest dual tournament in the world! 💪🤼‍♂️

It’s always fun to watch how hard these boys compete, especially against such tough competition. With the first-ever appearance in the Championship Bracket for MGWC, they represented our program with grit, heart, and true team wrestling. Every athlete should be extremely proud of how they battled together.

A huge thank you to our coaches for the time, dedication, and leadership you give these athletes every day. Your hard work and commitment continue to make moments like this possible. 👏🔥
