Breathe, Brunch & Bid

Join us for a nourishing morning of movement, connection, and community in support of Maui Access to Mindful Movement (MAMM).

Begin the day with an uplifting yoga practice, followed by a delicious organic brunch shared among friends old and new. Throughout the event, guests will have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction featuring unique experiences, local treasures, and meaningful offerings from our community.

Every ticket purchased and every bid placed helps MAMM continue providing accessible, trauma-informed movement, mindfulness, and wellness programs for Maui’s youth and families.

Hip & Heart Openers with Jennifer Lynn
Tuesdays 6:00-7:15pm

Relax into this slow-paced inward-focused class of hip opener and heart opener poses. This class is perfect for teachers, parents, medical workers and anyone needing self-care. Deep breathing is encouraged throughout the class.

Yin Yoga with Rachel

Wednesdays 5:00-6:15pm
Yin Yoga is a slow, deep and calming practice. Poses are held longer to safely stress the connective tissues. Yin Yoga calms and balances body and mind, increases mobility and flexibility, lowers stress levels and promotes relaxation.

Pau Hana with Martha Anne
Fridays 4/00-5:30

Trade the traditional Pau Hana for a spa-like yoga and Reiki experience. This all levels class is designed especially for teachers, caregiver, healthcare workers, and anyone wishing to release the weight of a busy week.

Reiki & Restorative with Martha Anne

Sundays 5:00-6:30pm
Unwind, relax and reignite energetic flow with reiki-infused restorative yoga. Intention, breath and alignment are utilized to open pathways in the body and mind. Long-held poses with ample prop support make this class accessible to all.

Dancing Medicine, offers a vibrant and sacred space for moving and dancing. Class begins with an offering of intention or theme that invites deeper exploration, interaction and discovery. An original soundscape enhances the “medicine” inviting you to dance your authentic dance, as you quench your thirst for solitude, connection, belonging and Spirit.
