Tomorrow we come together to honor Todd Gibbs. For the Gibbs family, this day is personal. For our Haptic community, it’s a chance to stand beside them, remember Todd, and honor his life through the work we do together.
And the impact doesn’t have to end when the workout does.
Throughout September, the Todd Gibbs Memorial Scholarship at Sam Houston State University is raising funds to support students following in Todd’s footsteps. Todd was a 1990 SHSU graduate with a degree in Criminal Justice, a member of ROTC, and proudly served in the U.S. Army before giving his life in service to his country on December 7, 2004.
The goal is to raise $2,000 this month and there’s an added incentive: for every $5 donated through September 30, his brother Brett has committed one burpee will be owed.
