Hey everyone!
It's that time of the year when we kick into high gear for all-season workouts here at Elevated Performance. We're thrilled to announce that we're focusing on some exciting training drills, including Linear Change of Direction and Reaction Drills. We'll also be incorporating plenty of band work to enhance stabilization and strengthen pivotal joints. Whether your sport is football, basketball, soccer, or any other, we're here to help both new and experienced athletes fine-tune their skills and gain a deeper understanding of their craft.
In other exciting news, we're currently in the process of building an indoor facility, set to be ready in the next week and a half. This will provide us with the opportunity to transition our training sessions from outdoors to indoors. Stay tuned for the launch of our monthly packages, which will offer you even more flexibility. For now, make sure to sign up on our sheet and bring your athletes to our Drop-in Sessions, held every Monday and Thursday while the weather is still warm outside.
Remember, being proactive is key. Don't let your child miss out on valuable training opportunities. Encourage them to join us for extra sessions if they aspire to greatness. If you've noticed any flaws this season, rest assured that our program will work wonders for their future.
