The best part of AHA CycleNation (besides raising money for a great cause) was getting to share the stage with our people and see the energy in the crowd brought by Joy Ride.

The energy from our owners, staff, and members Ben and Chelsea was unreal — so much hype, support, laughter, and genuine joy all in one place. It’s really special to be part of a community where people show up fully and make space for you to do the same.

We asked each instructor to share a few of their favorite songs right now — and the results are exactly as chaotic, iconic, emotional, and hype as you’d expect 😂
