Through a consistency in practice, you will see progress.

Progress will happen extremely slowly, if at all, with an inconsistent practice.

When you learned how to write letters, words, sentences, it was through consistent, repetitive practice until those things retained in you.

This is how we build and learn any skill.

If you're having trouble staying consistent in your pole practice, here's a couple tips!

✨️ sign up for all your classes in advance
✨️ put some variety in your class schedule
✨️ give yourself a zero excuses policy for missing/rescheduling class
