Romero’s Boxing School is here to educate everyone about the art and science of the sport of boxing. Boxing is very popular in Puerto Rico.

The Romero brothers have been involved in the sport of boxing for more than thirty years. They are five brothers, Jeik, Eric, Raul Ricardo and Anthony. The Romero’s were born in Puerto Rico, in a town named Carolina, known as La Tierra de Gigantes, which means the land of giants. Many people do not know that Puerto Rico has more world champions per capita than anywhere else on the planet. The Romero brothers grew up in a boxing environment. Jeik, the oldest brother, started boxing at the age of 14. They all remembered when Jeik used to train and work out, because he always makes sure his brothers were around so they can join him too. Even as little kids, they enjoyed doing so, and this is how the Romero’s fall in love with the boxing sport. In 1998, Jeik, Raul Ricardo and Anthony came to live to Madison Wisconsin. By then, Jeik the oldest brother, was not boxing, but he was very busy training his brothers. Jeik was in their corners coaching them, and out of the ring always making sure they were focus training and going to the gym every day. Few years later, in 2001, Anthony, won the championship boxing state tournament, and Ricardo won the golden glove tournament. In 2001 and 2002, Raul won back-to-back the Golden Glove tournament, and also went to represent the state of Wisconsin in the National boxing tournament. Today, the Romero’s are actually training their sons and nephews, and this is one of the main reasons why they decided to open the Romero’s Boxing School. It has made them realized that training boxing is what they want to do for the rest of their lives. Due to the knowledge and vast experience the Romero brothers have in the sport of boxing, they are very confident they will be successful in teaching anyone who wants to learn about the art and science of boxing.

COLLAZO JUST GAVE UP THE WBO BELT.

Oscar Collazo (15-0, 12 KOs) relinquished his WBO strawweight title just HOURS before a purse bid for his fight with Ryusei Matsumoto.

Matsumoto (9-0, 4 KOs) is now elevated from interim to FULL WBO champion at 105 lbs.

Teiken was ready to bid $501,000 and take this fight to Japan. Collazo walks away after 7 successful defenses — but he still holds the WBA belt.

My take: a top-10 pound-for-pound champion doesn't drop a belt for nothing. His rib injury already killed his flyweight title shot last month. Is he moving up for good?

So tell me — smart move by Collazo, or did he just duck Matsumoto in Japan?

THE IBF JUST ORDERED IT AGAIN.

Lindolfo Delgado vs Arthur Biyarslanov — back to the table for the VACANT IBF title at 140.

Delgado is 24-0, 16 KOs. Biyarslanov is 21-0, 17 KOs. Two undefeated fighters. Somebody's 0 has to go.

They were supposed to fight Saturday on the Canelo-Mbilli card in Riyadh. Delgado didn't travel over safety concerns. The IBF reviewed it, didn't strip him, and ordered the talks again.

Deadline is November 23 — deal or purse bid.

My take: Biyarslanov already did a full camp and flew to Riyadh for nothing. Delgado better sign this time.

LOMA IS COMING BACK.

Vasiliy Lomachenko (18-3, 12 KOs) and Charly Suarez (19-0, 11 KOs) are nearly set for Feb. 13 — announcement could drop THIS WEEK.

Loma hasn't fought since beating Kambosos for the IBF belt in May 2024. Almost 2 years out. Close to 40.

Suarez is no tune-up. Unbeaten. He should've beat Navarrete — that cut came from a PUNCH, not a headbutt. His promoter says it straight: Loma's been out, distracted by war, and Suarez has a real shot.

Winner gets a title shot at three-belt champ O'Shaquie Foster. Vegas is the target.

So tell me — is this the last great Loma run, or does Suarez end the legend on Feb. 13?

WILDER WANTS ONE MORE TITLE RUN.

Deontay Wilder, 41, confirmed his team is talking with WBA heavyweight champ Murat Gassiev (34-2, 27 KOs) — the fight he wants most.

The Usyk fight collapsed — Wilder says he heard Usyk wants too much money. So now it's Gassiev, a man who has been in Wilder's camps and sparred him before.

Wilder's words: "Boxing is boring and dead again in the heavyweight division. I brought it back once, and I'm going to do it again."

No deal signed yet. But the Bronze Bomber is chasing legacy, not a payday.

Hamzah Sheeraz just VACATED his WBO title at 168 — and he did it for ONE reason: .

Sheeraz was ringside in Riyadh Saturday when Canelo beat Mbilli to take back the WBC belt. The WBO told him to defend against Janibek Alimkhanuly. He walked away from the belt instead.

His words: "Why not test myself against the best?"

Canelo is expected back early 2027. Crawford rematch talk on one side, Sheeraz saying his shot is "starting to become a reality" on the other.
