Hey Madison! Taste of Madison is almost here, and Capitol Square is about to be the center of the city’s favorite end‑of‑summer tradition. On September 5 & 6, you can stroll through 90+ restaurants, catch live music on two stages, dance with DJs, play games, and basically eat your way around the Square with the people who make this city feel like home.

And here’s something a lot of folks don’t realize: just like the Madison Marathon, Taste of Madison is a not‑for‑profit event run by Madison Festivals, Inc. That means proceeds go right back into the greater Madison community, supporting local organizations, programs, and the city we all love.

Come hungry, come curious, and come celebrate a festival that gives back!

On National Nonprofit Day, we’re celebrating something that makes the Madison Marathon special: WE are a not‑for‑profit race. Each year we give back thousands of dollars back to the greater Madison community.
