Field days have a new look this summer. First class of athletes to train at the new piece of dirt.

Lots of emphasis on linear acceleration from varying positions and mechanics these first two weeks.

Don't miss out on an amazing opportunity for the young athlete!
Our kids camps provide athletes a really dynamic & engaging training environment that incorporates the right amount of fun & games with the right amount of technical coaching.

An emphasis on building foundations that will help them develop as young athletes while also developing a love for health and fitness.

For High School & College Athletes

Looking to become faster, more explosive, and more confident on the field? Join us for an intensive on-field speed & agility camp for the female athlete.

This camp will focus on:
✅ Acceleration & top-end speed mechanics.
✅ Change of direction & agility.
✅ Moving more explosively.
✅ Building tissue durability and preventing injuries.
✅ Competitive drills & conditioning.

This camp is a great fit for field and court sport athletes who want to enhance their speed and acceleration potential as well as their lower body power and endurance.

📍 Open to HS & College athletes

Agility training is actually decision making training. Aka Perception action coupling. See it, make a decision, act on that decision - quickly! Not agility ladders, that’s foot speed training, or tissue compliance, a more physiological component of performance.

Here’s a simple agility drill training just that. In this situation we added a constraint of holding a ball in their hands, which will force a bit of self organization through the rest of their body. We added that layer after doing the drill with nothing in their hands.

Things we like here:
✅Eyes are up.
✅Intent is high.
✅There’s some thrill in it. Avoiding getting “hit”.
✅Decisions are being made based on what they see.
✅It’s pass or fail. Easy feedback.
✅They have fun doing it.
✅It’s transferable to COD sports.
✅Super simple to set up, explain & comprehend at 6 yrs old.
