Don’t forget this Saturday: A Memorial Workout Honoring Monica Windham 🩷

This Saturday, the CrossFit Paladin community will come together to honor the life and memory of Monica Windham while showing our love and support for her husband, Travis, and their children.

We’ve partnered with Becca Widen, who has generously pledged to donate $5 for every person who participates in the workout. All proceeds will go directly to Travis and their children.

Whether you’re a Paladin member or simply someone who wants to show your support, everyone is welcome. Come move with us, honor Monica’s memory, and surround this family with the love and support of our community. For those who would prefer not to participate in the workout, coffee will be available, and you’re still encouraged to come be present and show your support.
