Yesterday we celebrated one of our very special athletes’ birthdays here at The Lab! 🎉💪🏼 Happy Birthday, Sandra Peña! 🩷

We’re so grateful to have Sandra as part of our community. She has been with us since the very first day of our adult classes, which is why she’s earned the well-deserved title of The Lab’s Godmother. 💕

You’ll find her at our 5:30 p.m. class almost every day… unless she has “señora duties.” 😂

Sandra, thank you for trusting us to be part of your fitness journey. We truly appreciate your loyalty, consistency, and the positive energy you bring to our Lab family. 🫶🏻
