I loved this tranquil little office space I created over a year ago, and I’m going to miss the people and families I had the opportunity to connect & grow with in this practice.
It has been so challenging going back to work as a new mom, balancing full time work with this part time kids yoga therapy practice!!
I have new goals now and a new, fresh vision to interweave & blend some of my most favorite forms of therapy with yoga, somatic practices in my current full time position serving ECEAP preschool children & families in the Vancouver, Wa area as an early childhood mental health Therapist.

With getting ready for maternity leave & preparing for baby, I forgot to mention I obtained additional kids yoga certification last August!! I was very pregnant at the time so it makes sense I somewhat forgot 😂💜
100 hrs + completing level 1 & 2 certification to equal 200 HOURS of training in teaching yoga & mindfulness to kids of all ages & diverse needs & backgrounds. I’m hopeful for what the future holds & how I will take this into the work I do.

I’ve been quiet on here as I have stopped offering kids yoga classes, events, & individual sessions for the time being, because I’m pregnant!
I’m 36 weeks and ready to meet our sweet little pumpkin girl, Juniper Renee!
We have a baby yogi in the making, and I can’t wait to start my practice back up after her arrival and much needed recovery.
Thanks for still hanging out & supporting my kids yoga endeavors!! 🧘🏽‍♀️ ✨

Hey everyone, I am currently in my “Yoga Therapy for Youth” training and I’m looking for kid volunteers who’d be interested in having me guide them through a 1:1 yoga therapy session. This would be free of cost as this would be part of my final assignment.

It would Include a yoga therapy intake assessment with the caregivers/child & 1 individual yoga therapy session.

This type of work is focused on supporting children who have experienced trauma, anxiety/depression, those who are neurodiverse, have sensory sensitivities, ADHD, autism, etc etc.

When it comes to practicing yoga with teens, Getting buy in from them is H•A•R•D! So I’m thankful to have been able to be a part of this event, empowering middle school girls to embrace their beautiful selves, inside & out, teaching them NOT to be afraid to go after they want!!
