Shihan James Norris is a 9th degree black belt in To-Shin Do. He has more time directly training with An-shu Stephen K. Hayes than any other person in the world. He and his wife Johanna head the Cincinnati Quest Martial Arts Dojo in Ohio. Training with Shihan Norris is always eye-opening. His taijutsu movement is so surgically precise, you'll miss it if you blink!
Hakim Isler is a 6th degree black belt in To-Shin Do. He also holds high rank in other martial arts and is an expert in wilderness survival skills, and has endured wild challenges on the tv show "Naked and Afraid." Hakim has also trained extensively in controlled remote viewing and has developed many extrasensory training exercises that can be learned by anyone. He heads the Elevo Dynamics martial arts schools in Fayetteville and Southern Pines, North Carolina.
Of course you'll also get to train with Bryan Toutoshi Griffin, Kaitlin Dantoshi Voith, and other To-Shin Do senior black belts at this year's Lake Quest.
