This is me 7 years ago (thanks Facebook), after a kung fu practice taking a pic in front of the temple in my neighbourhood, one of the Hong Kong’s smaller islands. Few days after I flew to Emeishan, China to compete at the world championships.

This is before I had my first MMA fight. Before moving to Thailand. This is before I started teaching coaching at university. It is also before Kung Fu Scholars, online coaching program, was created. At this point I had no idea where life would take me but I knew it will be somehow about martial arts, as always. And I was right ☺️
