Fitness experts say sustaining healthy habits supports immunity and can help prepare our bodies to better fight and recover from illnesses, including coronavirus.
Hello members and friends. Trans Fitness Centers are currently open and our teams are hard at work maintaining a rigorous schedule of cleaning all equipment and surfaces in order to do everything in our power to ensure the health and safety of our Members and Team Members.
We want to do our part to help our Members continue to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle during the coming weeks. This means having the flexibility to workout wherever they are most comfortable, be it in or out of the gym.
We are asking members to please refrain from visiting the club if they’re not feeling well, as is always the case when it comes to illness, for their own good and the good of others.
Increasing our cleaning protocols using products such as Hand sanitizer and washing hands as you enter the gym, which has been found to be effective against viruses such as coronavirus.
Your partnership in this effort is welcome, and you’re encouraged to wipe down all equipment — mats, benches, free weights, cardio machines etc — before and after you use them. As we all are aware of the shortage of sanitation supplies please feel free to bring your own wipes if you have the supply to clean your equipment.
Please feel free to bring your own towel to wipe your face so we are not touching our faces as we train. If you wish feel free to bring a yoga mat for your comfort.
If you do not feel at ease coming to train I can send you a at home work out to keep your bodies moving!
If you would like to change your group fitness to One on One training please contact me directly for options.
This is a fluid, ever-changing situation so please watch your email/FaceBook for further updates. On behalf of our dedication and hardworking staff my family and I want to thank you for your patience in working through these uncharted waters. As always, we are only a call, text or email away. Thank you all for your understand and support, working together we will get through this situation. While no one can predict with certainty how severely COVID-19 will impact the United States and our local communities, we are monitoring the situation and preparing alternate plans if the condition worsens. We will keep everyone updated with information as it develops.
As we do every year Tran's Fitness center will be closed the week of SVVSD Spring Break March 21at - 28th. Stay Healthy and remain calm my friends. We are all in this together. Please contact me if your family is in need of any help, support or supplies and we will reach out to our members to come together to support one another at this time.
