Summer Run Club | June 14 – August 30
Our Summer Session is designed a little differently than our traditional 8-week program — giving you more flexibility to enjoy vacations, family time, and travel during Summer Break while still staying consistent with your goals and training. With an every-other-week schedule, you’ll have the perfect balance of structure, accountability, and freedom all summer long.

-Every Other Sunday Cross-Training Workouts
(6/14, 6/28, 7/12, 7/26, 8/9 & 8/23)
