Gyrotonic is a method of strengthening the nervous system.
We do movement patterns in different relationships to gravity, in different planes of movement, with different types of resistance.
Here you see bicycles 🚲 and dolphin 🐬 on the archway, where I am suspended in space on the bolster, balancing on my side.
It is so much fun to play and challenge yourself in different ways in every workout!
