Practicing our starts for this weekend's regatta!

The races are part of the Windsurfer LT West Coast 2025 Tour that started in Washington and has made it down here to Long Beach!

If you have a non-Windsurfer LT board, there is an open class that welcomes all boards (limited on sail size).

If you want to charter a board, there are only a few left!

Just a few more days before the Windsurfer LT West Coast Tour is in Long Beach!

You can always register the day of, but pre-registration is still open (DM here or email [email protected]).

We have a few more charter boards available for pick-up Friday.

Saturday's events will be instructional for first-time racers and review of rules for returning sailors along with fun practice races.

Sunday is the Regatta with check-in starting at 10am and Skipper's Meeting at 12pm (Noon).

The Windsurfer LT West Coast Tour is returning to Long Beach!
August 23rd & 24th (Saturday and Sunday next week), and there is still to time to register!

DM or email: [email protected] with the subject "Windsurfer LT"

Four classes racing:
Windsurfer LT (original windsurfer is eligible),
heavy-weight,
novice (6.5 meter sail maximum),
and open class

Boards available for charter (with limited availability, DM or email) Charter board must be picked up on Friday, 8/22.
Sail numbers required and available for purchase at the registration table or at Long Beach Windsurf Center prior to event days.

Entry Fee, includes veggie or protein sandwich lunch
Before 8/21 $60
After 8/21 $68

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Saturday (8/23)
12pm Noon - 1:30pm Novice Clinic
2pm - 5pm Practice races with slalom and long distance courses

Sunday (8/24)
10:30am Check-in begins
12pm Skippers meeting
1pm Start of race # 1 (5 -7 starts total, wind dependent)
5:30pm Awards and raffle

Our Twilight Tuesday evening meet-ups are underway all summer long! Find us between the Leeway and the US Sailing Centers starting at 3pm until sunset. We encourage RSVPs (Call or DM us) if you are new to or interested in the sport of windsurfing.

Congrats to Guillermo Leon de la Barra for placing 1st overall in the Windsurfer LT Class! 2nd went to Michael Compton and 3rd to our very own Jeff Jones! We had a considerable fleet of 14 windsurfers and appreciate everyone who participated and gave it their all!
