Lone Tree Wellness Center We’re a fitness facility that offers a very comfortable setting for working out! We offer a spin class and a senior fitness class on T and Th.

There’s pickle ball every M W and F! The Lone Tree Wellness Center opened in the summer of 2018. The building is owned and operated by the Lone Tree Community School District and provides a wide range of exercise space, equipment, and options.

Here’s the 8 stations for the Lion Challenge. Each station last 3 minutes with a partner:
1. Box Jumps/Step Ups (Reps)
2. Walking Lunges (Reps)
3. Row Machine (Distance)
4. Full Burpees (Reps)
5. Push ups (Reps)
6. Spin Bike (Distance)
7. Step Up Machine (Distance)
8. Med. Ball Squats (Reps)
*Each participant has a maximum of 3 minutes to complete 2 laps between each station. Any excess time left is rest time. (Goal- get 2 laps done as fast as possible)
