We’re a fitness facility that offers a very comfortable setting for working out! We offer a spin class and a senior fitness class on T and Th.

There’s pickle ball every M W and F! The Lone Tree Wellness Center opened in the summer of 2018. The building is owned and operated by the Lone Tree Community School District and provides a wide range of exercise space, equipment, and options.

What’s currently happening at the Lone Tree Wellness Center to attract new members and meet the needs of our current members?
1. Strength Classes- 5:15 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Also another session at 6:00 PM on Thursdays.
2. Spin Classes- 5:45 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 6:00 PM on Tuesdays.
3. Yoga Classes- 6:00 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays.
4. Senior Fitness on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 AM.
5. Level 1 Pickle Ball on MWF from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM. Also Level 2 Pickle Ball (less serious) on MWF from 1:00 PM- 3:00 PM
All the classes (activities) have room for more!! Members are free. Walk-in fee is $3.00 for classes, $5.00 for Pickle Ball, but the Senior Citizen fee is $3.00.

We now have 3 new spin bikes available for our Spin Class on Tuesday and Thursday at the Lone Tree Wellness Center!
We can now accommodate up to 10 people for Spin Class!
