❤️ MY WHY… IS TO GIVE YOU A PLACE TO FIND YOURS.

When I opened Elevate, I had a why.

I wanted to create a place where women felt welcome. Comfortable. Accepted.

A place where you didn’t have to already be fit to walk through the door.

Where you didn’t have to worry about your age, your size, what you were wearing, how much weight you could lift, or whether you knew what you were doing.

I wanted Elevate to be the place where women felt comfortable enough to simply START.

Because every woman who walks through our doors has her own why.

Maybe you want to get stronger.
Maybe you want to lose weight.
Maybe you want more energy.
Maybe you’re doing it for your kids.
Maybe life has knocked you down and you’re ready to feel like yourself again.

Or maybe, for once, you’re doing something just for YOU.

Whatever your why is, there’s a place for you here.

And somewhere along the way, something pretty amazing happens…

You come for the workout, but you find so much more.

Confidence.
Strength.
Friendships.
Laughter.
Women cheering for you.
And a place where you realize you belong.

That was my why for opening Elevate.

To create a space where women feel comfortable enough to walk through the door and start discovering theirs. ❤️

September is rolling into Elevate with a few changes—and apparently we’re bringing out the pumpkin spice in all of us. 🤣🎃☕️

We’ve added some NEW classes to the lineup, and I think you’re going to love them!

🧪 THE LAB — Strength + Cardio
Expect the unexpected! The Lab mixes strength and cardio with intervals, circuits, power moves, ladders, tempo work and challenges. Every workout can be different, so you never quite know what we’re experimenting with that day. 👀

Come ready to lift, move, sweat and have some fun!

🔥 FORGE — Strength Training
Ready to get STRONG? Forge is all about controlled lifting, heavier weights and building muscle. Think squats, deadlifts, rows, presses, glutes, core and more—with just enough weighted cardio to keep things interesting.

Choose your weight. Challenge yourself. Build from there. 💪

Because we know not everyone works a traditional 9–5 schedule. We’re trying to give you more options to find a class that actually works with YOUR life.

💪 The challenge didn’t get easier as we added more people… it got HARDER.

More people meant more timing, more communication, more trust, and more teamwork. If just one person was out of sync, the whole group felt it.

But that’s where the magic happened.

When everyone worked together… when we trusted each other… when we found the right rhythm and leverage… suddenly what seemed impossible became possible.

Life is a lot like that.
Everyone has struggles. Everyone has busy seasons. Everyone has a reason to say, “I’ll start Monday… next month… when life slows down.”

Spoiler alert: life rarely slows down.

Start now. Start messy. Start scared. Just start.

Find your people. Lean on your community. Celebrate each other’s wins. Pick each other up on the hard days.

🎉 What. A. Week. 🎉

The Elevate ladies have celebrated Year #2 all week long! 💜

We’ve sweated, griped a little 🤣, questioned our life choices a few times, and almost died during a few workouts… but we survived! 💪😂

That’s what Elevate is all about—showing up, giving it your all, pushing yourself a little further than you thought you could, and making incredible friendships along the way. The workouts make us stronger, but the women beside us are what make this place so special.

Weekend Warrior was PACKED this morning, making it the perfect ending to an unforgettable anniversary week! 🥳

Thank you to every single woman who has walked through our doors over the last two years. You are the heart of Elevate, and we can’t wait to see what Year #3 has in store! 💜
