This gentle giant is looking for his new address!

Standing every bit of 15.3 hh, 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒘𝒂𝒚 is an 8-year-old head horse that is legged up, seasoned, and ready to go to work. He 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗸, 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲! He’s the kind of horse you can count on when you nod your head and back in the box.

As gentle and easygoing as you could ask for, but ready for business when it’s time to work. Run as many cows as you need, lay him off for a few days it doesn’t matter. He comes back the same every time.

Use him on the ranch, in the arena or throw the kiddos on him he’s ready for it all!

Your mindset is your responsibility.

You can’t always control what happens, how people treat you, the outcome, or the obstacles in front of you—but you can take accountability for what you allow your mind to focus on.

Negativity is a habit. So is confidence. So is gratitude. So is looking for solutions instead of excuses.

Your thoughts won’t always start where you want them to, but you get to decide which ones you keep feeding.

Choose the mindset that moves you forward.

Meet Reggie!
Reggie is a super sweet, cute-as-can-be all-around type gelding with a big stop and a smooth lope.

He knows the barrels and poles, has seen some cows, can rope the dummy and has lead steered slow calves. He has an incredible amount of natural talent and could make someone a jam-up little all-around horse.

Reggie does have some quirks, so he will need someone who is willing to stay consistent with him. But with the right person, we think there is a ton of potential in this little guy!

📍 All three are located in Loma, Colorado

When we post about the Taylor family it’s typically about Austin, but we get to change that today! This post is all for Jim!!!

Jim picked Fen up a few weeks ago and it seems to be going alright! They won themselves a saddle at the local jackpot and we couldn’t be happier!!!!

Jim is such a deserving person!!! We are extremely proud to call him a friend and couldn’t be more thrilled that he chooses to ride 𝑹𝒂𝒅𝒂𝒓 𝑹𝒐𝒑𝒆 𝑯𝒐𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒔!!!

Feeling extra grateful around here. ❤️

Our barns are full of some pretty incredible horses and even better clients who trust us with their horses and their goals. We don’t take that trust lightly.

Our arena is up, the horses are coming along, and we get to spend our days doing what we love most , training rope horses and helping horses and people get better. 🐴

We’re thankful for every horse that comes through our program and every person who supports what we’re building at Radar Rope Horses.

If you’ve been thinking about sending a horse our way, now is a good time to get on our list and reserve your spot. Our barn is full now and spots for next openings are filling fast!!! We’d love to have the opportunity to work with you and your horse!

Thank you for trusting Radar Rope Horses.
We’re just getting started.
