er, our goal is to assist each person who begins his or her journey with us in some personal way other than just teaching specific techniques. Whether your goal is weight loss, self-confidence, personal protection or just overall health, we are confident you can find what you need at Lititz Martial Arts. We have adult as well as children's classes. In addition, our curriculum also has a Tiny Tigers program for ages 4-7 year old beginners. This program teaches children the basic movements and preliminary techniques they would need to function in our regular classes. We always have two instructors teaching each class. If a new student begins, we can give him or her one on one instruction until he or she can be integrated into a regular class. We also accept students from Lancaster, Lititz, Manheim, Brickerville, Akron, Rothsville and surrounding areas in Lancaster County. Lititz is a small, close-knit community and that enables us at the studio to get to know our students and their families. We have activities outside our normal training such as a summer picnic and a Christmas party that enable the parents, siblings and extended families to get closer to the instructors and allow us to grow into one big Tang Soo Do family. We ask that you look at our logo and you will see that the words Mind, Body and Spirit are connected by an unbroken triangle. It is our philosophy to diligently train each facet of the "whole person" and that each works in harmony with the other. We teach a way of life rather than just a fighting system. That, in essence, is the true nature of the term "martial art."
