Lap #1- 400m bucket run together with partner

Event #1 - 100 bear hug bucket squats (split anyway you want between partners)

Lap #2 - 400m bucket run together with partner

Event #2- 50 bucket step overs 24/20 (split anyway you want between partners)

Lap #3 - 400m bucket run together with partner

Event 3- 50 box jump over (24/20) (split anyway you want between partners)

Lap 4- 400m bucket run together with partner

Event 4- 4 - 200ft bucket lunge (split anyway you want between partners)

Lap 5 - 400m bucket run together with partner.

Event 5- 200ft double bucket carry (split anyway you want between partners)

Lap 6 - 400m bucket run together with partner

Event 6 - 50 bench press 135/85 (split anyway you want between partners)

Lap 7 - 400m bucket run together with partner

Event 7- 2000m Row (split anyway you want between partners)

Lap 8 - 400m bucket run together with partner

Event 8- 4000m Bike (split anyway you want between partners)

Carry Bucket across finish line

**Buckets weight 50 for men and 35 for women 
**All 400m laps will be completed by both partners running at the same time. One bucket between the two of you. 

**All “events” will be completed by partners splitting the workload anyway they want. The only rule is only one partner will work at a time in a “you go/ I go” fashion. Otherwise known as “I work while you rest/ you work while I rest”.
