Coach Baker is preparing our level 1 and level 2 wrestlers for our "inner squad" meet on January 31st.

This "inner squad" meet is a great opportunity for our younger wrestlers to compete against each other in a fun and structured environment that allows them the opportunity to learn and gain hands on wrestling experience!

Tomorrow, Jan. 10th, starting at 9:30 our High School wrestling team will be hosting our Duals tournament at the Ephrata Middle School. It will consist of 5 dual matches throughout the day!

Following the Ephrata Duals, we'll be having a social event at Saint Boniface at 5 pm (don't forget to help us clean up 😉)

It's picture day!
Boltz Photography will be taking both team and individual photos this evening.

When: Tonight at 6:00pm
Where: Ephrata Wrestling Practice Room

What do you need?: No pre-order sheet is necessary, all you need to bring is your wrestler in their singlet. There will be practice immediately after pictures for ALL levels (1, 2 & 3). They can wear their Ephrata T-shirt and shorts that they received during the previous 2 weeks over their singlets during practice.

Don't have a singlet or didn't get the Ephrata gear? Come to practice about 15 minutes early so we can help you get everything you need!

After picture day, when the photos are ready, you will receive an email to your digital gallery. From the online gallery, you will have the option to choose your favorite pictures and choose what items you would like.

Calling All Ephrata Wrestling Supporters!

We need your help for the snack bar at the high school football game on August 22nd. Our booster club stands to earn $500, but we’re struggling to get enough volunteers to make this happen!

Without more hands on deck, we may miss out on this crucial fundraising opportunity. If you can spare some time to help out, it would truly make a difference. It’s a chance not only to support our athletes, but to come together as a community.
