We have lots of fun equipment like TRX, Kettle bells, Slam Balls, and more to give you a safe and EFFECTIVE workout. No workout will be the same, ensuring you get better results than just doing the same workout over and over. Our goal is to get YOU results. It is very important to us that everyone we train WILL move closer to becoming the person they want to become by achieving the goals they want to achieve. We specialize in life-changing fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle programs individualized and tailored to a person’s goals and needs. We do this by creating awareness within our members, which gives people the freedom to choose a healthier life, one full of energy and joy. TODAY, the last day of Fit4Living, a business that I have had the pleasure of owning for the last 7 years. I have met hundreds of amazing people in the Lincoln area and have great friends from this experience! I’m very blessed! ❤️

But the Fintess journey isn’t over yet, I will still be training my Super Seriors and teaching classes at a Studio near by called Studio One Fit, in Twelve Bridges.

Remember, I specialize in functional training and I specialize in training people 55+, so if you have a loved one who needs my special skills, I’m here to help!

I will also be moving into the mobile in-home training for those who can’t travel to the studio!
