Hi, my name is Michelle
I’ve been practicing yoga for around 8 years and guiding lessons for 5.

Yoga has transformed my life, my mind and my relationships with my body; I’m looking forward to share it with you.

I teach and practice hatha yoga with a little bit of yin or vinyasa flow depending on the need.
I love to guide people to breathe and relax.
