First, it was Best in Lexington awarded by the Herald Leader and separately from Chevy Chaser Magnazine and then it was Best in Nicholasville awarded by the Jessamine Journal and NOW Best in Kentucky from Guide to Kentucky. Thank you so much for your support and we will continue to bring that no-nonsense, old school vibe.

Members love the fact that we have caps on membership levels, don't have ANY upfront, annual or hidden fees of any kind, and we have a curated blend of old school and new equipment.

We also don't allow visitors outside of staff hours and we cancel any member's membership if they sneak in a guest. This ensures a great vibe and members appreciate a non-crowded atmosphere where they are only working out with other members.
