🤍 What if yoga teacher training is about more than becoming a yoga teacher?
Fun fact: Bea here… prior to my training, I hadn’t been consistently practicing yoga, however, this is why I wanted to join the training when I did. I wanted to deepen my own practice and what better way than going into a training and dive all the way in!
So maybe this is you! Maybe it’s about deepening your practice and along the way you’ll:

You don’t have to have it all figured out, because I sure as heck was a hot mess when I did mine! Ask Elizabeth, she knows! Oh, did you know she’s who I did my training with and is leading this training?!
You don’t have to be the most flexible person in the room. I wasn’t and still am not after 3 years 🤪 and also know you don’t have to know exactly where this journey will take you. You just have to be willing to show up, stay curious, and grow.
