We are excited to announce Studio Playroom is now live!!

Studio playroom is a safe, fun space for your little ones (aged 2 - 12 years old) while you move, sweat, and recharge. The parent must remain on-site.

Studio playroom hours :

Mondays 8:45am - 10AM

Wednesdays 8:45-10am

Thursdays 5:45 pm - 7pm

How studio playroom works:

* Purchase your studio playroom passes in the app
* reserve your spots in the studio playroom time (if you need more than one spot reserved message to the studio instagram page)

July Schedule Change 🤍

As we move into the summer, everyone gets busier with summer activities, sports, kids out of school and just life!

The Pilates Studio has decided to use this time to amp up our in Studio trainings!

What does that mean for you?

During the month of July there will be no Wednesday Night 6PM classes :

(we do still have multiple classes during the day and will be adding a 9am Hot mat *with child watch anyone ?!)

The intention for this time is to continue to bring you the most qualified, educated and intentional instructors through continued education and trainings.

Areas we will be focusing on in our trainings :

* Cueing

* Breath

* Intention

* Form

* Prenatal / Postpartum

* Injury modifications

I am excited to continue to push our instructors to bring you the best intentional movement in the LC Valley!
