Our ammo is designed, produced, loaded and tested in-house, where our facilities include our advanced machinery, a ballistics lab, testing range and propriety processes. Based in Lewiston, Idaho, Freedom Munitions is proud to offer high quality new and remanufactured ammunition utilizing the highest grade components available. All of our ammunition is manufactured in-house at our factory where man

ufacturing facilities include state of the art machinery built by us, an underground ballistics lab with testing range and propriety processes to ensure the utmost quality and consistency. Our experienced machine operators perform a variety of quality checks during the loading process guaranteeing consistent performance round after round. Our inspection and packaging team visually check each round, new or remanufactured, prior to packaging so our customers receive high quality and great value with every order. Freedom Munitions operates a "like-new" process on remanufactured ammunition, using new projectiles, powder and primer to ensure the factory ammo performance that discriminating shooters expect. Our Scharch Range Master machines are fully automated and each case is checked for any debris and pressure tested for any splits or cracks. Primers are removed, flash holes are cleared, and primer pockets are reamed to accept new primers. From that point the cases are acid washed and sized by our own designed machinery for commercial resizing to meet S.A.A.M.I specifications. We live, work and make all of our ammunition in the U.S.A. As a manufacturer we are always advancing our processes to ensure quality and strive to provide the best pricing. Production is ramping up following the completion of our rifle case making facility.

“It’s a state-of-the-art case manufacturing facility,” said Toby Thill, president of Freedom Munitions. “It’s not a process that’s out there in the industry that anybody else is using. We’ve developed the equipment and tooling all internally with our own engineering department. It basically gives us an edge over the rest of our competition.”
