🤙🏴‍☠️ Well..... I hope everyone who stopped by today had a good time and felt like they got some good deals. I have decided I will set up again for a few hours tomorrow Sun 8/29 more based around fresh water fishing lures and gear. Along with the rest of the saltwater gear, lights, knives, etc.. Some more reels and more rods. Alot of shirts, hats, some rain gear. Some hunting supplies and wearables. Tomorrow 12-3 stop out. AFTER THAT IM GOING, SO LETS GO FISHING ! 🤙🏴‍☠️

🤙🏴‍☠️ We are doing something out of the ordinary and I am setting up in the parking lot of H.B.T. with a bunch of products. It will be like a yardsale event from 11-3 maybe longer. Ill have products like lights, knives, emergency power units, fishing rods, fishing reels, lure making items, boots and waders, tackle boxes, lures, plastic worms, jigheads, life jackets, tuna/marlin lure making items, nets, gafs, trotlines, EVERYTHING DISCOUNTED TO DEALS YOU'LL THINK IM CRAZY ! Well.... I kinda am, and I hope everyone can feel like they got a heck of a deal. So stop out tomorrow Sat. 8/29 and see if theres anything you would like. Thanks. LETS GO FISHING !! 🤙🏴‍☠️

Hello All ,

I would like to announce I am retiring as of the end of Sept. 2026. It was a great experience for me to be able and willing to purchase Henlopen Bait and Tackle from a long time friend Denise Willis in her time of need. She was struggling with breast cancer which eventually took her life.
It was an honor to continue her and Bill, and Leonards legacies for the past 6.5 years. Although it was fun and I watched the times change and Lewes Delaware grow and expand and change as well. I feel it is in my best interest to give my Wife and family and my own life my full attention. I have willingly sacrificed alot of time with my children, and my beautiful wife to keep a bait and tackle company going in a world were Amazon, and facebook seem to be a bigger part of peoples lives than personal conversation, and local mom and pop shops. It is completely understandable when you can have items delivered to your door within 2 days with just a click of a mouse or the touch of a phone screen. The H.B.T. way of life will continue through videos and pictures online. Items will be posted on instagram and f.b. marketplace. I will continue to support fishing clubs and anything related to kids events to keep kids actively in the sport of fishing. However I will be closing down the small shop. The amount of energy and money that was put into the big shop on the highway was heartbreaking to see that it only survived for the summer months of tourism. It put alot things into perspective to me that I didnt see. We will be having a big end of season sale in Sept. for any remaining items we have. Look forward to some extremely great discounts on rods, reels, and other fishing and hunting related items. Thank you to those who were supportive to me and HBT during my time of ownership. I did not start Henlopen Bait and Tackle but it was an honor to be an owner. For now it is time for me to take my wife on the vacations she missed out on, and for me to actually be able to fish and hunt for myself. Again it was an honor but God has put different plans on my list of goals to accomplish. Everyone have a blessed day , a blessed year , a blessed life. Put Faith and Family above any other thing in your lives and watch how God works it all out for you. 🤙🏴‍☠️ Lets Go Fishing 🤙🏴‍☠️

So marketplace doesnt want anyone to be able to sell hunting tools. So I guess nobody except my (friends..ha) will get the chance at a hell of a deal.
Ravin R5x hunting tool with the little feather ends and pointy tips. $1400/cash. This tool is used to make deer walk into your freezer after they've been eating yer corn.... I mean garden. Anyhew here she is 1st come 1st serve.
