AaronkGaines:
AaronkGaines is a cosplayer/actor from Middle Tennessee. After watching a YouTube video of a group of cosplayers, he decided to give his first convention a try in 2013; and thus, his cosplay journey began. As a kid, he always enjoyed playing pretend while dressing up as characters from his favorite shows, so cosplay became a comfortable adjustment. After graduating from college in 2019, with a Bachelor's in Theatre, the world quickly shut down due to Covid. In need of a creative outlet, Aaron turned to cosplay full-time. Whether it be working with EVA foam, 3D printing, or struggling to sew different pieces together, he loves to challenge himself in what he can create. Now, Aaron shares his love for his favorite characters and fandoms with many people across social media, as well as everyone he meets at cons. He believes the root of connection begins with connecting with our inner child and allowing ourselves to still play when the world is going mad. He thanks everyone who has been on this journey with him and has supported his dreams the whole way.
When Aaron is not cosplaying, he is pursuing his dream of being an actor and teaching workshops in both Cosplay and Stage Combat.
