What a wonderful morning at our Mantras & Mimosas event! 🧘‍♀️🥂 ARK Distillery

Thank you to everyone who joined us to slow down, move with intention, and share in such positive energy. There's something special about coming together as a community to breathe, laugh, connect, and celebrate wellness.

I hope you left feeling refreshed, grounded, and with a full heart (and maybe enjoyed a delicious mimosa too! 😉).

I'm so excited to announce that I'll be teaching outdoor yoga on the beautiful Columbia Green In front of Yeomans Hall starting on July 28th!

🕕 6:00 PM

There's nothing quite like practicing yoga surrounded by fresh air, open skies, and the beauty of nature. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class is designed to help you move, breathe, and unwind at the end of your day.

Bring your yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a friend! I can't wait to share this new class with you. More details coming soon.
