Congratulations to the Lebanon High School Girls Tennis Team on capturing the NH Division III State Championship for the second year in a row! 🏆🎾

A special shoutout to the CCBA's own Samyra Graber, who, alongside her doubles partner Mariana Utel, clinched the championship-winning match and secured the title for the Raiders.

Many CCBA visitors know Samyra as part of the CCBA family, but did you know she is also the daughter of our Member Services Director, Joanna Graber? Fun fact.

The CCBA congratulates Samyra and the entire Lebanon Girls Tennis Team on an outstanding season and a well-earned state championship!

We had a fun surprise on the Lebanon Rail Trail last week when we bumped into Officer Nate Snow on bike patrol! (Left to right: Kerry Artman/CCBA, Officer Snow/LPD, Joanna Graber/CCBA)

Many of our members may remember Nate from his time here at the CCBA, where he worked the front desk and taught fitness classes. It's wonderful to see him continue to serve our community in such a positive way.

A big thank you to the Lebanon NH Police Department for all you do to help keep our community safe, connected, and supported every day. We appreciate you!

Join us! In recognition of May as Mental Health Awareness Month, today the staff at the CCBA enjoyed a calming and restorative meditation class offered FREE to the public every Monday in May from 12:00–12:30 PM (except, Monday, 5/25).
Led by instructor Adam Steinberg, each session features guided meditation and practical mindfulness teachings designed to help participants recharge and refocus during the day.
We invite the community to join us in taking a moment for mental wellness and self-care this month. 💙
