Looking for a different way to load weight?

We partnered with the one and only STEVE CARDILLO to perfect the Plate Loaders!

Sold as a pair, they can be used on a barbell or off.

Level up your training with the Plate Loaders 💪

04/15/2026

Introducing Plate Loaders, a product designed to help you build muscle, get stronger, improve control, and reduce injury risk.

The FIRST of many 40th ANNIVERSARY RELEASES!

‼️ THE FIRST 25 ORDERS GET A PAIR OF CARDILLO WRIST WRAPS AND A KEYCHAN ‼️

Here’s how they work: Plate Loaders add a small amount of controlled movement to the bar as you lift.

This movement forces your body to stabilize the load, activating more muscle and improving your control.

As a result, you build strength that that actually carries over into real-world applications outside the gym.

Build More Muscle

The shifting load forces more muscle to fire on every rep, so you get more growth and stimulus without needing to add more weight to the bar.

Improve Motor Control

The moving load trains you to stay tight, balanced, and in control, so your lifts feel stronger, smoother, and more efficient over time.

Strengthen Your Grip

During farmer’s carries, the knurled handle spins under load, forcing your grip, core, and stabilizers to stay engaged every step.

DISCLAIMER ** Works best using SHORTY MONSTER BANDS
(12” LONG BAND)

The start of a new year brings clarity.

For many people, that clarity shows up as a focus on health—moving better, getting stronger, and building habits that last.

At AbMat, we believe progress comes from doing the basics well: showing up, training with intention, and using equipment that supports your body instead of working against it.

Whether your goal this year is strength, performance, pain-free movement, or staying consistent, we’re here to support the work. Not with gimmicks, but with tools built for real training.

To help you get started, enjoy 15% OFF sitewide through January 31st. Simply use the code NYR2026 at checkout.

Use it as a small nudge toward momentum.
