This is something I really needed to see. ❤️ especially with all of the skin removed. So I’m sharing it because I feel like there’s more of you out there that should see this as well.

This was a major pain in my 🍑 to remember to take photos in each phase of my cycle but I love you and I NEEDED you to see that every healthy body fluctuates.
There’s been a theme lately with the women I work with where they’ve been putting so much hate on themselves when they see the scale drift up during parts of their month.
“What am I doing wrong?”
“But I’ve been working so hard!”
“I’m scared to go out to dinners now.”
“Why does only my body bloat this much?”
“I’ve feel like I’ve lost all my progress.”
“I need to eat less now.”
Tell that voice to shush up!
This month I had about a 7 pound swing
(Highest during my period at 147.2 and lowest today in Ovulation at 140.6 — and that’s even with me traveling!)
I’m not impenetrable - I get in my head sometimes too… but what always grounds me is knowing that I’m consistently getting in my workouts and I’m conscious of being 80% or more compliant with all my food goals.
I’m far from perfect. But this system has never failed me and has given me a ton of emotional freedom.
