ITS TIME 🔥🔥 my annual “Summer Is Here” program is set to start May 12th! Don’t wait for summer to start working on that summer body. Get ahead while you can!!!

3 AT HOME 🏠 workout routines for $20 each. Whichever routine is best suited for you goals. The squat routine will target lower body and core, the weight loss routine will target weight loss all around the body as well as core strength, and the push up routine is for upper body as well as core strength. The program is 4 weeks long and all routines can be performed at home with no equipment necessary. Workouts will be pre recorded and sent to you personally for a demonstration of the workouts.
