Wrong move.

The lasso arm drag is one of the sneakiest ways to take the back in jiu-jitsu. 😤🕷️

Most people use the lasso guard just to slow things down. Big mistake. When you understand the arm drag from there, you start creating angles, breaking posture, and pulling people straight into traps they never see coming. That’s why good guard players always feel dangerous.

Control the arm. Take the angle. Own the scramble. 🥋🔥
