At 18, I was stepping into a boxing ring against women 20–30 pounds heavier than me.

Not because I wanted to.

Because there weren't enough female fighters.

I started boxing in a semi-pro league in Montana, where there were only two weight classes:
🥊 Under 150 lbs
🥊 Over 150 lbs

Looking back, I wasn't fearless.

I was terrified.

But every time I climbed through those ropes, I proved to myself I could do something I didn't think I was capable of.

That's how confidence is built.

Not by waiting until you're ready.
By taking the next step before you are.

Somewhere between the fear and the final bell, I stopped chasing confidence and started earning it.

That lesson never left me and it's the fuel behind the founder. .

Because the strongest people aren't the ones who never feel fear—they're the ones who keep showing up anyway.

MEET THE FOUNDER. 🥊✨

BOX PILATES™ wasn't built because I wanted to open another fitness studio.

It was built because I lived the problem.

After years of professional boxing and training/competing in mixed martial arts, chronic injury, and double hip labrum surgeries I discovered Reformer Pilates—not as a fitness trend, but as the missing piece that restored my mobility, strength and erased my chronic pain, and rebuilt my body.

That recovery journey inspired a new way to train because I missed boxing and needed a cardio boost with my current pilates routine. One that honors Joseph Pilates' original fight lineage as pro boxer I was inspired to create a program that incorporates the two and that was how BOX PILATES™ was born.

This is more than a studio—it’s a movement built to help you move better, train smarter, and live well. ⚡️
